Looking At Aphas "When Push Comes To Shove"

Cameron finds Nina.

This weeks of Alphas showcase of the AWOL Nina as she loses control of her self and begins causing trouble around town. When Push Comes To Shove gives the audience a bit of Nina's history as well as her mentality. I love how Alphas didn't screw around with other false leads and that Rosen just knew it was Nina. Not to mention the fact that Rosen has this like fatherly bond with Nina and wants to protect her and help her. When Push Comes To Shove does an excellent job of showing Rosen's devotion of wanting to help Alphas as it shows with his relationship with Nina.

So lets sum up When Push Comes To Shove in a non spoilery way. Rosen's Team gets word of an Alpha going around taking money and jewels. Due to Nina's history and signs of her ability, Rosen comes to the conclusion that Nina is behind it all. So the team sets out to find Nina and bring her to Rosen. They do find her at a club, but the results aren't good when Nina uses her ability on the team. There is more to the story than just find Nina, as Rachel also begins to change as she asks out John Bennett on a date. We also get more details on what Nina did to Cameron. I mean all we know is that she pushed him and thats it. Kat made her appearance as she got help from Dr. Rosen and she was another pair of eyes who could see outside the box. I look forward to seeing how Kat's character evolves and how Rosen figures out to help her keep her memory.

When Push Comes To Shove is a very strong episode as it forces all the characters to treat a friend like a criminal. It shows what lengths Nina will go to for her happiness and how she doesn't like people adverting their eyes from her. In a way When Push Comes To Shove is basically about the human relationships the characters want and have. The question is now, how will Nina redeem herself and go back to the way she was?
