The purpose of this blog is to give a voice and/or opinion on Television and movies. To do this without giving too much spoilers away. The blog will be written by the author's point of view and attempt to give a view on the subject at hand from a viewer perspective.

Meaning Behind The Name

So why call the blog end of the world as we know it? At the time when it was created, it seemed like an quirky title, and a good idea at the time. Over time, it seemed to fit. The blog has been outfitted to embody this theme. If you think about it, it would be the end of the world if people only cared about movies and tv shows.

History

This blog was originally created for an school assignment. In the school assignment, the author was required to blog three times a week.

Earlier blogs consisted of random topics, although most of the old posts have been removed. The earliest blog is from 2009, titled  MTV Music Awards- Kanye West Outburst. Even early on, it was easy to see that this blog would turn into a tv and movie blog. The earliest being a post about season 6 premiere of House. The earliest movie review soon followed months later with a review on Monsters Vs. Aliens. Although the blog was soon abandoned in 2010.

2011, the blog came to life once again as the author returned. The blog soon kicked off with Supernatural, which was later moved to Wednesdays. Soon Supernatural took over Wednesdays and movies review slowly been appearing on the blog. 2012, Merlin began airing in Canada, and Merlin Mondays were born.

2012, a new rating system for movie reviews will come to be, and will be dubbed the three W's (Watch, Wait, and Waste). Watch will be for movies that are a must see and are a generally all good movie. Wait movies will be movies that viewers can decide whether or not they want to see it in theadres or wait for it to come out on DVD. Waste stands for movies that are a complete waste of time, and generally are terrible movies.
