Let's Put A Name To That Face: Jonathon Young

Born in Canada, Jonathon Young is a Canadian stage and film actor. Young is also the co-founder of the Electric Company Theater. Due to growing up in a strong acting community in British Columbia, Canada, it was natural that Young took to acting. He studied acting at Studio 58 theater school at Langara College. Jonathon Young's film career dates back as early as 1996 where he appeared in the film The Angel of Pennsylvania Avenue.

Jonathon Young soon begin appearing in movie and tv shows alike. The first tv series he appeared in was The Outer Limits in 1997-1998 as two different characters. In more recent years, he has appeared in movies like The Fog, and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Jonathon Young has appeared in several tv shows like Terminal City, Eureka, and Stargate Atlantis. He has most notably appeared in the series Sanctuary as Nikola Tesla. There he had a recurring role throughout the series short run.

These days, Jonathon Young is working on other projects. His most recent one was Murdoch Mysteries. He is easily found on YouTube when you search Nikola Tesla. Too bad that series was recently cancelled. The clip below is of his role in Sanctuary as Nikola. Also feel free to visit his IMDB page.
