Season 7, Time For A Wedding promised Supernatural fans laughs....... SPOILER ALERT.
To me it feels like Supernatural is losing its touch on the episodes that makes us laugh. Its like the French Mistake used up whatever meta they had left. Although, the episode had its moments. I mean, who would have it coming with Sam getting married to Becky. Although it was quite obvious that Sam was not himself. What also was funny was Dean's reaction to Sam marrying "SuperFan99" (great work on Jensen's part). So with Sam married, Dean has to get another partner to work with. So Bobby send him Garth, a laid back hunter who manages to get on Dean's nerves right away. As the story progresses it is revealed that a Crossroad Demon is in town and is making deals, but this time collecting early. So the Winchester (and Garth) go to take him out with the help of Becky. Then Crowley appears, and is not too happy that Guy is cutting the deals short. Crowley also mentions how he has been keeping the demons back so the boys can take out the Leviathans. Well that explains the demon loss, and its nice to see Crowley again (also notice how the room turns red when Crowley steps into the room?). Season 7, Time for A wedding had its moments, and was like any other episode. I would like to see that ninja episode that Ben Edland mentioned at comic con. Can you imagine Sam and Dean fighting freakin ninjas? If anyone could pull it off, it would be Edland.
So the coming episode is a mouth full, ready? How To Win Friends and Influence Monsters is an episode penned by Ben Edland. This time Sam and Dean are hunting the Jersey Devil in guess where, New Jersey (insert Jersey Shore joke here). Teaming up with Bobby the boys begin tracking it down while reminiscing about their times with Bobby. I'm hoping this episode will awesome and give the same feeling Hello Cruel World did. In this episode I have a feeling that bobby is going to be shown as more of a father figure than before. You can see it in the clip below.
