Let's put a name to that face: Dusan Dukic

Dusan Dukic in Being Human (US).
Its a start of a new segment! After watching a bunch of different show, I've noticed there is a lot good actors out there and we just don't know their names. So with this new segment of "Lets put a name to that face", I'll highlight actors who stand out in tv, but their name isn't quite out there.

To start us off, we will take a look at Dusan Dukic. Dusan Dukic is a Canadian born actor who popped up on the tv radar in 2003. He first appeared in a tv series 1-800-Missing as Agent Chet Ryker and later appear in Instant Star as Simon (2005). Dusan has almost made a small movie appear in The Terminal (2004) as a young trafficker. Dusan has also made his mark in the video game industry by voice acting in games like Far Cry and Assassin's Creed. In 2012, he appeared on Being Human (US) as the Reaper.

Its his role on Being Human that stood out the most. He, for me, really stood out as the Reaper. He had this aura of being deadly and cool around his whenever he appeared. Furthermore he felt like the reaper. That was until we found out that he in fact, was a part of Sally's imagination. Her alter ego. After her shredding of herself, I don't think we will be seeing the Reaper in Season 3 of Being Human.

I personally would like to see him appear in more sci fi shows out there. More specifically, Supernatural. I do believe if he found the right show, he could make a name for himself. It would also make him much easier to find on google.

This concludes Lets Put A Name To That Face. Check out the clip below of his work on Being Human.

  1. I truly did fall in love with Dusan Dukic asThe Reaper. I agree, his essence just brought a whole new vibe of the cool of Darkness. He and Meaghan Rath complimented each other well here too, which is just awesome. Overall, regarding Season 2, he was definitely my favorite character.
