Victor Joseph Mignonga was born August 27, 1962 in Pennsylvania. He is an voice actor and musician. Vic has won an American Anime Award for his role in Full Metal Alchemist. He is veteran in the field due to the fact that he has done any animes over the years. He is best known for his role as Edward Elric in Full Metal Alchemist and Broly in Dragon Ball Z. His other roles out of his many is:

-Fai in Tsubasa
-Dark in DN Angel
-Kurz in Full Metal Panic!
-Ikkaku in Bleach
-Tamaki in Ouran Host Club
-Death Scythe in Soul Eater
-Takenage Oda in The Wallflower

He is a legend in the anime world. Almost every anime fan has at least watched an anime with him in it. He typically plays blond hair characters and sometimes perverted ones. Like Kurz Webber, the perverted snipper in Full Metal Panic! You can also find a lot of youtube videos of him online and its worth watching. He is so funny and it seems like he is awesome to see in person.

For me, I first found his voice in Full Metal Alchemist when it came on YTV on Fridays which then was anime nights. The anime itself was a legend and very well done. Vic gave Edward life, especially in his "short" moments. He is one of my all time favorite voice actors. Maybe one day I'll actually go to a convention and meet him, if I don't chicken out.
