Legend of the Legendary Heroes Coming Soon

Ryner and Ferris

About a year ago, I discovered an great anime called Legend of the Legendary Heroes. And lucky for me, Funimation was posting the subtitled versions of the episodes on their youtube channel.

What makes this anime great is the two main characters Ryner and Ferris. Its their personalities, relationships and environment that makes them so interesting to watch. We also have the reluctant hero Ryner with a evil inside him that he is constantly battling with. With a troubled hero, there is always a hungry companion, and Ferris is the Dango crazy swords woman Ryner travels with. The relationship between Ryner and Ferris is quite humorous, and well done.

Now the English dubbed version is coming out soon. It will come to dvd April 17, 2012. At least they are not splitting it up like they used to do in parts. To get us further hyped, Funimation released the first four episodes on their youtube channel and site. I recommend that you go watch it. I also hope there is a season 2 of this series.
