Shut Up, Dr. Phil was a very interesting episode. Here is your spoiler warning. Turn back now.
It was nice to see James Marsters and Charisma Carpenter again (since I watched Buffy). It had its funny moments, especially when Sam and Dean fail the spell. Although that long winded spell they chanted I felt was unnecessary and a bit on the lame side (but I'll forgive supernatural). Another thing to point out is that we didn't see Don and Maggie Stark until at least halfway through the episode. Supernatural is wholeheartedly pursuing the monster of the week formula. On a side note, since I watched the deleted scene Jared leaked, I was comparing the scene to the actual one in the very beginning. It was interesting how they managed to incorporate the Leviathan storyline into this episode as well. In a way, I like the Leviathan storyline got into the story near the end. Chet (the leviathan from the Girl Next Door) finally managed to find Sam and Dean, but they are saved by Don Stark. This makes me think that maybe Leviathans can be fought with magic.
I have to say though, I am looking forward to this week's episode Slash Fiction. I really do like the Leviathan storyline, it is intense, would is awesome. I also like Sam's hell storyline, but I have a feeling we're not going to see much of that. So in this coming episode, the leviathans clone the Winchesters and set the FBI on the boys again. We also see the return of Crowley, who once again is kissing ass. There is also some new guest stars coming to the show. Heres the trailer. They haven't released a clip yet.
