What the hell?! Sunrise has announced that they will be making a third season of Code Geass. It was reported on Animenewsnetwork, which said:
"In the January 2009 issue of Gakken's Animedia magazine, the Sunrise anime studio indicated the possibility of more plans for its Code Geass science-fiction franchise. Sunrise created and animated the Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion television anime series and its R2 sequel. "
For the whole story visit this article. It is green lit, which means its going to happen. My question to them is, Why? Why ruin one of the best anime endings ever? Why ruin it? WHY?! The ending of R2 was very good and I can agree one of the best anime endings ever. I really hate it when an anime has a terrible ending (which means it doesn't answer the important questions). Code Geass was tied up very nicely and had an ending that made people wanna cry. Of course there was a bunch of theories about how Lelouch was still alive (sorry to the people who haven't watched this masterpiece).
But this is just my opinion.
