Voice Actor of the Week: Christopher R Sabat

Voice Actor of the Week:
Christopher R. Sabat

Christopher Robin Sabat was born on April 22 1973 in Washington. He is an American voice actor and ADR director at Funimation. He is usually in roles that involve strong or very guff, tough, grouchy male role. He is best known as Kurogane in Tsubasa, General Marian Cross in D. Gray Man, Alex Louis Armstrong and Rorono Zoro in One Piece. Other roles he does is:

-Karkinos Rucan in
Heroic Age
-Kikuchiyo in Samurai 7
-Tatsumi Saiga in Speed Grapher
-Yusuke Saito in Darker Than Black
-Daisuke Jigen in Lupin III
-Roy Revant in Solty Rei
-Gerd Frentzen in Blassreiter

In almost every dubbed anime I have watched, he has been in it in some way. Wither it is a main role or an extra and his voice is not hard to miss. I first discovered his voice in Tsubasa as the swordman Kurogane.
Then every time I heard his voice I would be like, oh my god, its Kurogane (I call them by their character's name till I know their name)! I only recently found out that he did the voice of the very funny Major Armstrong. Never knew that until I found out about the dubbing of Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood that he did. He is very talented, gotta say that, and did an excellent job in Speed Grapher. He only needs to change his voice a bit in animes like D. Gray Man and I'll be happy. Overall, GOOD JOB!
