Let's Put A Name To That Face: Ty Olson

Since it was announced that Ty Olson will be an new recurring character on Supernatural, I thought it would be a wise choice to take a look at him and his previous work.

Ty Olson is an Canadian born actor born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, but grew up in Ottawa, Ontario. In Ottawa he attended an art high school called Canterbury High School. Ty first appeared in television in an anime called Kidô senshi Gandamu: Gyakushû no Shâin in 1988 as he voiced the character Astonaige Medoz. The same year, he appeared in the show The X-Files as a young orderly.

Tv Olson has a career in both acting and voice acting as he appears in both medias. For acting, he has appeared in shows like Dark Angel, Battlestar Galactica, Stargate, Smallville, Eureka, and Once Upon A Time. As for voice acting, he has voiced characters in Dragon Tales, and Iron Man: Armored Adventures, and he voices a character for GI Joe called Stormshadow.

Ty Olson was announced to be the recurring character in Supernatural called Bennie. His character is a vampire that helps Dean escape Purgatory and will have a strange relationship out on the surface. Although Ty Olson is not new to Supernatural as he appeared in Season 2 as the vampire Eli. The question is now, can he make a character different and new than his previous one? Cause Supernatural fans DO NOT FORGET. Olson has a lot of work under his belt which you can check out on his IMDB page, or briefly look on his Wikipedia page.

See you next week boys and girls.
