Monica Jean Rial born on October 2, 1975 in Texas. She is an american voice actress and ADR staff for both Funimation and ADV Films. She is also a writer for both companies and usually writes under her pen names Dorothy Garrett and Lisa Blanchard. She is best know for playing Sakura in Tsubasa and Hazuki in Moon Phase. Her other roles are:

-Kurau Amami in Kurau: Phantom Memory
-Rio Takeuchi in Spiral
-Tsubaki Nakatsukasa in Soul Eater
-Tail and Mail in Heroic Age
-Angelica in Gunslinger Girl
-Sylua Moe Silvernail in Glass Fleet
- Renge Houshakuji in Ouran High School Host Club

By the looks of it, she has done a lot of anime and with a lot of major roles under her belt. I first recognized her as Sakura in Tsubasa and later on as Renge in Ouran Host Club. As Sakura, she was very quiet and sometimes hard to hear. But she did a good job. When she later came out as Renge, I just called her Sakura until today I found out her name is Monica Rial. She also did a good job as the twins in Heroic Age, now that was entertaining. From what I can tell, she can match her voice very well to the character assigned to her and make the person seem more lovable. I have really nothing I want to pick at about her. She is a good voice actor.
